2 & 3 Hardman Boulevard

2 and 3 Hardman Boulevard, a new 10 storey office building designed by Denton Corker Marshall totaling 14,265 sq.m (154,000 sq ft), will have large open plan floors of 1,783 sq.m (19,200 sq ft) and detailed planning consent.

The building will be expressed as 3 narrow vertical blocks set parallel to Hardman Boulevard.  These blocks, defined by a vertical re-entrant, slide against each other and project asymmetrically at each end, giving a sense of dynamism and movement to the otherwise simple forms.

The building will form important links between the civic and public areas of Spinningfields and the commercial heart. These links will be achieved by a stunning double-height covered walkway and retail area at the ground floor.
