1 Crown Square

1 Crown Square, a new iconic flagship store, will anchor the western end of The Avenue - a concentrated cluster of top-name fashion and accessory retailers.

Designed by Gensler, 1 Crown Square is in answer to a brief to provide an iconic retail store that will act as one of the principal buildings to both The Avenue and Spinningfields.

Designed by 9m high fully glazed shop front and clearly visible all the way from Deansgate, this building will provide the look and feel of an international flagship store.
