Harry Badham

Investment Director

Harry joined Allied London in 2003, prior to which he spent three years with Jones Lang LaSalle. Before entering the real estate sector, Harry explored a variety of career options, which included answering telephones in a banking call centre, packing stationary in a Niceday distribution warehouse and processing social security payments at the local benefits office.

Harry’s ability to analyse and report on complex transactions across all aspects of the business has ensured some very successful results within Allied London’s developments, including Spinningfields in Manchester, The Brunswick in London and other major projects.

Harry works in property development because he has a passion for good design and the built urban environment. He is involved across all aspects of Allied London’s business, and as Investment Director has the responsibility for maximising and delivering the value of Allied’s assets and also for exploring new business opportunities.

Harry is a graduate of Bristol University and South Bank University and a Member of the RICS.
