Finance Director

Freddie joined Allied London in 1990, after working at KPMG and Clayform Properties (now Development Securities) from 1979 to 1990.

Freddie has extensive experience in investment and development financings, interest rate hedging strategies and structuring property transactions including, corporate partnerships, unit trusts and other joint ventures, both on and offshore.

Freddie is responsible for the group’s financial systems and for financial and tax planning. 

Freddie has a law degree from Cambridge University, is a Member of the Institute of Taxation and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is married and has six children who run a lively smallholding in his garden in Sussex.  He also enjoys sailing, skiing, hill walking and classical music.
